Individuals
With isolation and social distancing, we are in ever decreasing communities. This has an effect on all of us, but particularly for individuals working alone: employees now working from home for the foreseeable future; freelancers; and the self-employed.
Whether you’re an employee now working in a different way, a volunteer, self-employed or a practitioner working to support the development of others, we want you to know that there is a different kind of support at Oasis.
What will help?
Direct support for you: our approach to 1 -1 coaching empowers you to find your own resources, resilience and developmental edge. It’s a way of feeling supported and strengthened for those in the thick of it. Please get in touch
Direct support for your practice - Supervision: if you are involved in helping others, this can play an essential part in sustaining your practice, improving your 1 -1 relationships and ensuring you have support for the challenging times. 1 -1 and small group supervision available. Please contact us
Stay connected to others - Connection cafes: just come along – these are virtual cafes that are food for the soul, with arts, cookery, health, comedy all part of the mix, along with good conversation and the buzz of a coffee house. Please talk to us
Find and maintain your inner balance: we are developing a range of free, easy to access online resources you can access to help you feel OK and able to carry on. Click here for more info
